Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve a modern, scalable delivery operating model for PSET, including planning frameworks, governance, and collaboration rituals.
  • •Transform the portfolio and TPM practice to be AI-native by building tooling and decision-support systems that scale and continuously evolve.
  • •Evolve and lead a high-performing TPM and portfolio organization across prioritization, cross-functional execution, PDLC practices, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Provide executive-ready visibility into program health, progress, capacity, risks, milestones, and cross-team dependencies to improve decision-making.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives and act as the senior escalation authority for cross-organizational program issues.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in technical program management, engineering program leadership, enterprise portfolio/program leadership, technology operations, consulting/PMO, or similar cross-organizational execution roles.
  • •7+ years leading cross-functional teams or program organizations, or equivalent leadership experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex technology programs with multi-team execution, cross-organizational dependencies, and delivery risk management.
  • •Proven portfolio execution strategy and governance experience, including prioritization frameworks, sequencing, trade-off decisions, and resource allocation across a multi-team technology portfolio.
  • •Fluency in software development lifecycle practices and engineering workflows, including AI-assisted development environments and rapid experiment-driven iteration cycles.
