Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the vision, roadmap, and execution of the global O2C transformation across order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
•Assess end-to-end current state, identify scale constraints, and sequence a prioritized transformation program with milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
•Build O2C operating metrics and reporting for leadership visibility, including cycle times, error/rework rates, touchless transactions, revenue leakage, and cost to serve.
•Design scalable, controlled O2C processes globally, standardizing across regions/entities/channels and embedding compliance monitoring including SOX controls.
•Partner on O2C systems architecture and automation strategy, deploying AI and automation across billing, contracting, and ERP platforms while leading cross-functional alignment without relying on direct authority.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 300,000 annually

•10+ years leading operational transformations in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or other finance operations at high-growth SaaS/technology companies, including cross-functional leadership.
•Expert process design and cross-functional project management skills, scaling systems and using AI for automation, reporting, and compliance.
•Project management certification (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
•Expert knowledge of quote-to-cash processes for SaaS across subscription and consumption-based business models (B2B).
•Extensive experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday Financials, Zuora).
