Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex operational account reconciliations using automated reconciliation systems.
  • •Complete manual reconciliations for receivables, payables, suspense/in-process accounts, due-from accounts, and bank-controlled deposit accounts using the Oracle reconciliation system.
  • •Balance subsidiary ledger systems for deposits, loans, and investments to associated general ledger control accounts.
  • •Research, track, and resolve all out-of-balance conditions in coordination with appropriate bank personnel.
  • •Support auditors and mentor entry-level team members while maintaining up-to-date reconciliation procedure documents.
