Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems using Autodesk Revit.
  • •Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet specifications, codes, and standards.
  • •Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models, including plans, sections, and details.
  • •Coordinate Electrical/ELV models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
  • •Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle and assist with BIM standards, templates, families, meetings, and QA/QC checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically for Electrical systems.
  • •Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
  • •Experience with ACC/BIM360 and ISO 19650 Workflows.
