Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with focus on US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
  • •Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account/contact records using data-quality tooling and deduplication standards.
  • •Research and validate parent-child account relationships to support a single accurate customer hierarchy.
  • •Keep audit-ready documentation for hierarchy changes and deduplication actions aligned to IPO-ready data control standards.
  • •Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on deals/opportunities, research/validate new account creation requests, escalate flagged matches, and meet SLAs.

Key Requirements
