Provide IT services to GIS and internal customers while driving SLA-focused incident, problem, change, and release management. Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT support services to GIS and internal customers for defined IT services while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
•Follow service management processes (incident, problem, change, and release) and lead corrective and preventative actions through root-cause analysis.
•Execute complex configuration and image changes for supported platforms in line with SOPs and change management policies.
•Own endpoint security strategy and Windows OS imaging/golden image standards, including lifecycle planning, upgrade strategies, and legacy deprecation.
•Lead vulnerability assessment and remediation using Tenable, Qualys, and Rapid7, track remediation progress, and produce audit-ready documentation and executive reporting.

Salary: USD 122,000 - 168,000

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years in enterprise IT, endpoint management, or cybersecurity with direct manufacturing or OT environment experience.
•Hands-on expertise in Windows Client & Server OS, SCCM/MDT, PowerShell scripting, OS imaging, and deployment automation.
•Proven experience securing segmented, restricted, or air-gapped networks.
•Deep understanding of endpoint security controls, vulnerability management, and malware-free certification models, including audit support.
•Familiarity with industrial network architectures (VLANs, firewalls, NAC) and virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V.
