Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a critical Lucid Ambassador and welcome guests in an engaging, courteous, and sincere manner.
  • •Gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning, and communicate relevant Lucid product benefits.
  • •Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline and use Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions with timely engagement.
  • •Conduct test drives and articulate key points of interest while driving Lucid vehicles; capture and progress leads through the initial Lucid journey.
  • •Support studio operations by ensuring studio assets are presentable, addressing customer challenges calmly, and assisting with ad hoc tasks and local marketing events.
