Sr. Associate Counsel - Egypt

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts and other legally binding documents while advising business teams on deal structures, contract interpretations, and regulatory requirements across the CEMEA region. Support partner agreements for product/solution initiatives, coordinate outside counsel when needed, and help with corporate and regulatory filings for regional subsidiaries. Provide guidance to local HR teams and use legal technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and manage legal risk.
