Job Summary

Lead end-to-end client relationships for General Insurance accounts, owning account strategy from pre-RFP through multi-year growth. Shape and execute account plans, drive deal shaping and commercial negotiation, and govern strategic pursuits with risk, financial rigor, and quality. Coordinate NTT DATA practices across consulting, digital, data, cloud, and managed services to deliver coherent, outcome-based solutions that win at executive/board level.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the end-to-end client relationship for assigned General Insurance accounts.
•Shape client strategy early in the lifecycle, engaging pre-RFP to position NTT DATA and influence solution direction.
•Develop and execute multi-year account and growth strategies, including competitive win strategies informed by market intelligence.
•Lead deal shaping, commercial negotiation, and governance across the deal lifecycle with risk mitigation and quality assurance.
•Coordinate global practices (consulting, digital, data, cloud, managed services) and engage directly with client C-suite stakeholders during competitive dialogue.

Key Requirements

•8+ years' experience leading strategic pursuits, capture management, or complex transformation bids in global IT services or consulting with a strong General Insurance emphasis.
•Proven track record winning deals, ideally in the £10m–£35m range.
•Strong commercial acumen and governance discipline with risk management and financial rigor.
•Experience securing end-to-end delivery and growth accountability for clients, including systems integration and outsourcing.
•Credibility and executive presence to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
