Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide security input and guidance during the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • •Evaluate and recommend security controls to mitigate risks across cloud, web, application, IT, and OT infrastructure.
  • •Advise on security policies, standards, and best practices to ensure adherence across the organisation.
  • •Perform threat hunting by monitoring and analysing security logs and alerts to identify potential incidents or breaches.
  • •Manage vulnerability management and implement data loss prevention; conduct security tests and investigations and document findings with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Cyber Security, ICT, or Engineering related degree (or equivalent).
  • •Either experience in a cyber security role with strong security principles/practices, or experience administering enterprise infrastructure and security platforms with a foundation in security concepts.
  • •Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, web application security, network security, or industrial control systems (OT).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex security issues and recommend solutions.
  • •Australian Defence security clearance NV1 or eligibility to obtain.
