Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and configure the basic structural components of a building or other structure to ensure the quality of design.
•Review the design criteria (geotechnical properties, wind and seismic loads, loads, fire protection) and ensure adequacy of design.
•Coordinate with designers, including architects, to ensure safe designs and alignment with architectural concepts and MEP requirements.
•Manage the documentation of structural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and ensure timely submission and closeout of technical submittals.
•Lead and mentor teams, support on-site material testing, and participate in safety initiatives, incident reporting, and IMS policy alignment.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of working experience, including 5+ years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience a plus)
•Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other design tools for drafting and creating technical drawings
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering
•Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
