Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect the customer’s solar array to grid power.
  • •Ensure all electrician work is compliant with current NEC and local codes and meets good workmanship standards.
  • •Complete assigned solar battery installations and resolve electrical issues through troubleshooting.
  • •Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU).
  • •Coordinate with branch teams, home owners, and local inspectors to fulfill system upgrades/repairs as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31.94 - 46.59 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical installation and repair experience.
  • •Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
  • •Ability to replace residential electrical services and distribution panels (preferred).
  • •Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent per local/state requirements, e.g., wireman license).
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record and be able to pass a driving background check.
