Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze US and international tax laws to identify tax opportunities and risks for intercompany lending and related transfer pricing coordination, including pricing, note valuation, risk assessment, and forecasting profit plans.
  • •Support special planning and strategy projects such as legal entity rationalization initiatives.
  • •Prepare memoranda, spreadsheets, and presentations to support strategic tax projects and tax policy proposals with management.
  • •Coordinate tax projects with internal tax and cross-functional resources across locations within and outside the US.
  • •Assist with communications to senior management and support compliance related to new tax laws driven by OECD, UN, EU, and other global tax policy initiatives.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of US federal/international tax or accounting experience, or an advanced degree with at least 1 year of such experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Ability to coordinate tax planning projects and related approvals across global/local teams.
  • •Up to 10% travel required.
