Base Lead PSGLee - 2nd Shift

Lead production room operations by operating and supporting bagging and conveyor equipment while coordinating daily production activities. You’ll organize employees, coordinate breaks, and provide on-the-job training for new team members. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements, complete critical control checks, maintain accurate documentation and quality checks, and execute required SAP transactions to support safe, efficient production flow.
