Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce mechanical building services designs from concept through construction issue and site supervision.
  • •Execute projects within defined design, programme and cost parameters.
  • •Carry out designs on diverse buildings across sectors (schools, healthcare, offices, etc.).
  • •Prepare technical specifications, design risk assessments, reports and drawings.
  • •Represent AECOM at meetings with clients and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical Building Services degree qualified with CEng (or working towards)
  • •Proficient in the use of Hevacomp design or other appropriate software.
  • •Familiar with and good working experience of IES Virtual Environment modelling software or equivalent.
  • •Competent in the use of NBS specification writing software.
  • •Familiar with and good working experience of BIM level 2 drawing outputs required for 3D modelling in Revit software.
