Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS and clienteling/social selling tools (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including transactions, inventory cycles, merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
