Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own scalable, secure, high-performance system architecture.
  • •Lead technical design reviews and align delivery teams to the engineering vision.
  • •Lead and mentor engineers; set engineering standards, code review culture, and quality benchmarks.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical execution plans and perform technical feasibility assessments with Product Managers.
  • •Oversee system performance, monitoring/logging, reliability, and collaborate with DevSecOps on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and security.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8–12+ years in software engineering, with 3–5+ years in a technical leadership or architect-level role.
  • •Experience building AI-powered or ML-enabled applications.
  • •Strong backend systems expertise (e.g., Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and APIs.
