Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical equipment in the plant.
  • •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions to determine problems and implement repairs.
  • •Plan, layout, and carry out installation, maintenance, and repair operations for plant equipment and accessories.
  • •Safely install, maintain, and upgrade 3-phase motor control systems, AC/DC circuits, and understand basic relay logic.
  • •Understand and troubleshoot fluid power systems and perform basic fabrication by cutting and welding as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least two (2) years of trade school or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical or electrical.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings and make necessary modifications.
  • •Mechanical aptitude in complex mechanical assemblies, including precision measurements.
  • •Knowledge of conventional welding and industrial equipment operations.
  • •Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
