Body Shop Manager

Lead reconditioning service operations at Manheim, ensuring vehicles are repaired and painted to standards while managing shop quality and efficiency. You’ll recruit, train, and develop mechanics, set and monitor staffing levels, prepare collision/lot damage estimates, and oversee equipment, supplies, and sublet vendor partnerships. Partner with support teams to achieve reconditioning goals, handle inspections and billing approvals, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
