Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the target-state SaaS portfolio, integration standards, and data-flow patterns; govern selection, rationalization, and lifecycle decisions.
  • •Run high-visibility revenue programs across quote-to-cash, pricing and packaging, and consumption billing, shaping them to business outcomes.
  • •Increase delivery throughput via automation (configuration, change management, testing, release, access review, ticket triage) and measure results by quality and throughput per person.
  • •Embed practical AI into team workflows and enterprise platforms, partnering with AI and Data Engineering (AIDE) to ship real value.
  • •Design and operate IT general controls for financial systems, including access provisioning/reviews, segregation of duties, change management, and evidence capture for audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years building and leading enterprise/business applications functions.
  • •5+ years leading teams in a fast-paced startup environment, managing managers and owning a budget.
  • •Owned a multi-platform SaaS portfolio at scale across at least CRM, ERP, and HRIS, including integrations between them.
  • •Deep Salesforce experience, including quote-to-cash and CPQ/RevCloud, with complex pricing and packaging.
  • •Hands-on experience with an integration platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray) and a point of view on running the integration practice.
