Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on product vision by consistently seeking out and executing high-impact tasks and problems.
  • •Design and architect services/systems using appropriate design patterns for iterative delivery and future scaling.
  • •Lead or significantly contribute to medium-sized projects across development, deployment, and post-deployment lifecycle.
  • •Build self-service solutions and efficient tooling to improve customer experience and automate resolution for operations.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively improve documentation, technical debt planning, and RFC-quality requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product mindset with a focus on user experience and data-driven decisions to address customer pain points.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in English and Korean.
  • •Write testable code and follow Test Driven Development, best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback.
  • •Hands-on experience with Java 21 and the Spring framework.
  • •Experience with frontend development using a JavaScript framework such as React or Angular, plus relational and non-relational databases with query optimization and schema design.
