Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as a service advisor and perform parts department duties (ordering, returns, inventory management).
  • •Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
  • •Document customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite/DMS.
  • •Perform walk-around and write-up processes to assess the primary concern and document client concerns for diagnosis and repair.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures, invoice and collect payment, and handle phone/scheduling/service center support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
  • •Knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and electric vehicle powertrain systems.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (and additional criteria for drivers under 21).
