Drive growth of dealer consignment by prospecting and building relationships with franchise and independent dealership partners across Western Manitoba. Conduct needs assessments, deliver product presentations, coach on pricing and engagement, onboard and train new customers, and maintain active seller relationships. Use territory analysis to identify market trends, develop acquisition strategies, and accurately forecast sales against budget while collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
