Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets.
  • •Verify materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content, etc.).
  • •Perform setups and feed material according to specifications, checking equipment periodically.
  • •Offload, stack (and if required, cover/label/band) components finished product per procedures.
  • •Maintain safety and cleanliness; complete pre-shift startup inspection checklist, perform LOTO and preventive maintenance, and maintain production records as required.
