  • •Follow and comply with SQF and GMPs, including performing area audits.
  • •Develop One Point Lessons (OPLs), training materials, and Standard Process Instructions (SPIs).
  • •Review analytical test results and production parameters; perform line control and inform teams of non-conforming results.
  • •Execute product hold procedures, prepare lab testing reagents/equipment, and conduct HACCP line verifications and deviations/investigations.
