Quality Technician Indy Bakery Plant 3rd Shift

Monitor and document production quality on the 3rd shift by tracking variables, downtime, and product samples, ensuring correct raw material blending and adherence to recipe time/temperature standards. Follow SQF and GMP requirements, perform area audits and HACCP line verifications, run sensory analysis and analytical test reviews, and execute product hold and foreign material investigations. Maintain laboratory reagents/equipment and investigate customer and consumer complaints.
