Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead comprehensive client engagement and account management for assigned relationships, strengthening loyalty and supporting enterprise-level growth.
  • •Proactively manage relationships with Allianz Commercial’s largest corporate clients and align regional/global priorities to support diverse client needs.
  • •Serve as primary access point for brokers and clients, explain Allianz Commercial underwriting appetites and capabilities, and drive client understanding of offerings.
  • •Lead stewardship meetings and coordinate/facilitate executive meetings with senior leadership and key managed clients.
  • •Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and grow new business through cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of proven experience in underwriting, risk management, brokering, or business development within industrial/specialty insurance, with specialized knowledge across Lines of Business.
  • •7-10 years cultivating long-term, profitable client relationships, resolving complex business challenges, and partnering with senior brokers and client organizations.
  • •7-10 years prospecting new clients in the industrial/specialty insurance segment with a successful track record.
  • •Experience working in complex, global matrix organizations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Law, plus completion of a professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII).
