•Serve as a trusted advisor to agency partners to uncover and create a pipeline of strategic opportunities that drive revenue.
•Generate thought leadership and repeat business, increasing existing direct revenue across the agency ecosystem.
•Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic, scalable programs and outreach opportunities for agencies.
•Drive sales narratives aligned to agency needs and apply deep product understanding to unlock revenue enhancements.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; represent TikTok at pivotal events as a delegate and speaker.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing.
•Business proficiency in Portuguese and English for in-region business requirements.
•Experience working with media and/or creative agencies from either the commercial side or within agencies.
•Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through proper escalation channels.
•Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
