Director, Infrastructure

Lead the end-to-end infrastructure development lifecycle, from planning and concept-to-detailed design through approvals, tendering, and construction oversight. Manage infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with authorities, utility providers, consultants, and delivery/construction teams, and ensure site-wide works integrate successfully. Own budgeting, cost planning, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and financial performance to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
