Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the overall infrastructure program, aligned with project milestones.
  • •Lead infrastructure design from concept through detailed design and tender documentation.
  • •Prepare consultant briefs and manage technical consultants supporting development planning.
  • •Coordinate infrastructure design with project delivery and construction teams.
  • •Drive authority approvals and oversee infrastructure budgeting, cost planning, tender evaluations, and key contract negotiations, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of infrastructure design and project delivery experience with mandatory Egypt market exposure and a track record on large-scale developments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; postgraduate qualifications and professional engineering/project management certifications are preferred.
  • •Strong background in roads, bridges, structures, and wet & dry utility infrastructure, including reviewing consultant designs and managing large infrastructure projects.
  • •Expertise in infrastructure planning, budgeting, cost control, tender evaluations, contract management, and financial project reporting.
  • •Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage consultants, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
