Lead sales and customer experiences in-store by applying Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Champion a positive team culture, assist across departments (including POS system management, merchandising, and stockroom operations), and work with store management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals. Manage day-to-day team activities, serve as a brand ambassador, and ensure compliance with asset protection, inventory control, and other store policies.
