  • •Assist in overseeing kitchen operations and collaborate with the Head Chef on direct food preparation.
  • •Support menu planning, recipe development, and costing; maintain product knowledge and recommend operational adjustments.
  • •Assist with special events and food promotions.
  • •Assist with menu planning, inventory, ordering, and management of supplies.
  • •Oversee and supervise kitchen and stewarding staff, including scheduling and training, while ensuring sanitation, health & safety, and food safety compliance.
