Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of 10–20 PMO resources (project managers and project coordinators).
  • •Oversee program/project planning, risk mitigation, communication strategies, and budgeting/financial controls for PS projects.
  • •Track project progress and identify early warning signs; intervene and escalate as required.
  • •Monitor portfolio health using reports and dashboards (scope, schedule, quality, and budget) and support customer escalations with issue resolution.
  • •Develop and evolve PMO processes, tools, and best practices aligned to PMI standards, including QA reviews and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage a team within a PMO for large programs and deliver projects end-to-end using best-practice approaches.
  • •10+ years in a client-facing services sales/delivery role with experience across customer relationship management, financial management, contract admin, and program management.
  • •Current PMP certification (preferred).
  • •Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • •Experience with PMO tools and platforms such as MS Office and, preferably, Smartsheets, Certinia PSA, and Confluence; PMI standards knowledge preferred.
