Job Summary

Lead the Enterprise Project Management (PjM) account for a major aviation and aerospace client across EMEA. Own EMEA account strategy and growth, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and manage a high-performing regional team to ensure consistent service delivery. Drive operational and commercial excellence through performance reporting, KPI monitoring, compliance with MSAs, innovation, and risk/quality management—while coordinating closely with internal sector and account leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA account strategy aligned to the client’s business objectives, maximizing share of wallet and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead account planning (including a 3-year outlook and rolling 12-month campaign strategy).
•Lead an EMEA account team by assembling the right resources, fostering collaboration and accountability, and creating career development and succession planning.
•Drive operational excellence through efficient processes, consistent reporting, KPI monitoring, and resource utilization to ensure high-quality delivery across regions.
•Manage commercial performance and risk by monitoring targets, enforcing MSA compliance, championing innovation and continuous improvement, and collecting client feedback.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of EMEA account management experience (Market or Sector P&L) in professional services, ideally with a focus on project management or related consulting.
•Proven track record growing and managing large, complex EMEA accounts (or significant P&L), exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
•Deep understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
•Preferable accreditation and/or certifications with industry organizations, such as the Project Management Institute or equivalent.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies.
