Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of maintenance and response works for billable projects at Kineton and surrounding sites.
  • •Manage a team of contractors delivering low value, high volume works (e.g., office refurbs, kitchen and bathroom refits) and ensure documentation is completed and distributed on time.
  • •Record all tasks, work in progress, and completed job inspections against the appropriate assets in the CAFM system and report progress to DIO and the Built Estate Manager.
  • •Monitor supply chain service delivery, value for money, quality, and safe working to ensure performance indicators are achieved.
  • •Review risk assessments/method statements and site risk registers, notify management of defects, and act as Responsible Person for asbestos and legionella compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in delivering small works projects, including planning, directing and controlling activities, with an understanding of building/civil engineering and/or M&E engineering.
  • •Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems and manage performance proactively.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to agree scope and priorities of work with stakeholders.
  • •Experience managing contractors in a commercial environment (not domestic).
