Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-stack features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and deployment from inception to production.
  • •Use AI coding agents as your primary execution tool to direct, evaluate, and iterate on agent-generated output.
  • •Build backend APIs, data pipelines, lightweight frontends, and GitHub Actions workflows without handoffs.
  • •Create AI workflow infrastructure (automation, integrations, governance) connecting GitHub, Jira, and Confluence into repeatable pipelines.
  • •Build internal tools such as dashboards and MCP servers/integrations that expose organizational knowledge to AI coding agents.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems.
  • •Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript to build backend services, pipelines, frontends, and automation.
  • •CI/CD experience building pipelines and automated workflows (GitHub Actions).
  • •Cloud fundamentals (AWS or Azure) to deploy what you build.
  • •Production experience with AI coding agents and agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor; Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework) plus familiarity with MCP and RAG/knowledge graphs/vector databases.
