Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and iterate on agent behavior across real go-to-market workflows, turning multi-step tasks into agent-driven flows.
  • •Build and run evals that measure whether agents completed tasks correctly and use them to catch regressions and failure modes.
  • •Analyze real production failures and improve robustness systematically rather than patching isolated cases.
  • •Develop agent platform capabilities such as the agent harness (memory systems, tool infrastructure, retrieval architecture) and context construction.
  • •Work with product to take agent flows from prototype to closed beta and general availability, helping define what “good” looks like.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building or shipping production systems with LLMs or agents (beyond prototyping), including prompting/tool-use design, orchestration, retrieval, structured extraction, or fine-tuning.
  • •Strong backend fundamentals such as APIs, databases, and distributed systems to run agent features reliably in production.
  • •Experience with model/agent evaluation—designing evals, measuring regressions, and turning quality questions into measurable signals.
  • •A systems-and-outcomes mindset focused on whether the product works for users, not just model metrics.
  • •Comfort debugging messy, real-world failures and iterating quickly while best practices are still emerging.
