Real Estate Counsel

Advise on real estate growth strategy by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of transaction and property agreements, from acquisitions and leasing to financing and ancillary documents. Manage outside counsel, lead legal due diligence for new investments, and support broader diligence efforts. Partner with Real Estate and Finance teams to structure deals that align with zoning and land-use compliance, provide risk-based guidance, and address lease and agreement interpretation issues.
