Job Summary

Drive customer adoption across a high-volume LATAM book of business by building scalable implementation and enablement processes that accelerate time-to-value. Serve as the product expert for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, auditing prompts/configurations to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Use leading and lagging adoption metrics to create data-driven playbooks, and partner with Revenue Ops, Account Management, CX, and internal/external teams to run regional workshops and webinars.

•Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices and drive time-to-value.
•Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, and stay ahead of new product releases.
•Audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and provide recommendations that deepen adoption.
•Track leading and lagging adoption metrics and partner with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting and develop regional adoption strategies and playbooks.
•Partner with Account Management and CX to run targeted adoption campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, or technical account management at a technical SaaS or AI-native company.
•Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
•A track record of building adoption programs from the ground up (onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, and self-serve content).
•Strong systems thinking and experience building automations/workflows with AI tools to scale enablement.
•Extremely analytical with the ability to spot trends, identify gaps, and influence strategy using adoption metrics.
