•Partner with Commercial Leadership, Total Rewards, RevOps, and Finance to optimize sales incentive compensation plans and structures.
•Coach leaders on performance management and drive org design, workforce planning, and change leadership through complex transitions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of progressive human resources experience as an HRBP supporting fast-paced, high-growth Sales and Marketing organizations.
•Experience partnering on or contributing to sales compensation plans, commission structures, and quota-alignment strategies.
•Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives through strong communication and executive presence.
•Experience managing complex, ambiguous issues with a tailored, solutions-oriented approach.
