Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the strategic development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Global FCC Monitoring & Testing Programme, including risk-based testing methodologies and annual plans.
  • •Design testing frameworks to validate core compliance controls across onboarding, periodic reviews, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting workflows.
  • •Oversee FCC monitoring for APAC (excluding China and Hong Kong), establishing KPIs and operating effectiveness metrics.
  • •Advance continuous, data-enabled assurance using data analytics, system logs, and automated testing scripts to evaluate control performance at population level.
  • •Oversee independent validation of system-encoded controls (transaction monitoring thresholds, screening logic, customer risk-rating models) and translate findings into decision-useful executive reporting and remediation tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical discipline.
  • •CAMS certification or an ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (or equivalent professional credential).
  • •10+ years of experience in FCC quality assurance, compliance monitoring, internal audit, or related second/third-line control functions in fintech, payments, or highly regulated banking.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of financial crime controls including transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, customer due diligence, and digital KYC/KYB workflows.
  • •Proven risk-based testing mastery, including scoping, sampling, operating effectiveness assessments, issue writing, and remediation validation.
