Job Summary

Coordinate all aspects of the leave of absence (LOA) program for Sequoia One PEO. Partner with Client Compliance to keep the program aligned with federal and state leave laws, manage leave intake and case queue operations, and support clients as a secondary point of contact. Generate and analyze LOA reports, improve processes, and create training on leave policies and changing regulations while coordinating with HRBP, Payroll, and related teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.

•Coordinate all aspects of the LOA program for Sequoia One PEO.
•Partner with Client Compliance to maintain LOA program compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
•Manage daily leave operations including intake, processing, case management, and case queue handling.
•Serve as a secondary point of contact for client leave requests and provide guidance throughout the LOA process.
•Generate and analyze leave reports, create training, and coordinate with HRBP and Payroll for accurate and timely leave processing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•5-7 years of professional experience with leave administration, payroll, HR, and compliance.
•Superior working knowledge of federal and state leave laws such as FMLA and ADA.
