Academic Head

Lead the Dyson Institute’s teaching, learning, and assessment strategy as part of the executive team. Manage academic staff, drive programme development and student experience, and evolve pedagogy and credit-bearing learning in workplace-embedded environments. Embed AI ethically into teaching and assessment, build quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and develop internationalisation plans—including distance, blended, and hybrid learning—while supporting a focused research agenda and external partnerships.
