Key Responsibilities

  • •Own AI agent architecture (conversation flow, state management, reliability, tool-calling design) and build it end-to-end.
  • •Implement integrations against client systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, including authentication and data-handling requirements.
  • •Develop and deliver both frontend and backend components and run internal QA with a known-issues log before client delivery.
  • •Support client playback/walkthrough sessions and act as the primary technical responder during testing and rehearsal, driving issues to resolution.
  • •Support UAT, defect triage, go-live, and maintain clean, well-documented code while troubleshooting and optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years combining hands-on technical delivery with direct enterprise/client-facing responsibility in the same role.
  • •Experience building and shipping production software used by real users, ideally including conversational AI agents.
  • •Background in workflow automation, systems integration, or AI/ML-driven platforms, with regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • •Strong full-stack coding ability across frontend and backend, including frontend React (Next.js), TypeScript, Redux and backend Python with Django/FastAPI/Flask.
  • •Practical experience with LLM-based systems and AI agent integrations (prompt design, retrieval/document extraction, chat/voice, speech-to-text and text-to-speech), plus relevant streaming and API/webhook/authentication patterns.
