Key Responsibilities

•Pilot and consolidate regulatory convergence of Hermès Horizons products, identifying and synthesizing applicable customs and regulatory requirements.
•Lead with project managers to ensure normative and regulatory conformity of collection projects and special projects during creation, development, and commercialization.
•Manage product certification phases with technical partners and test/certification laboratories; drive actions for regulatory compliance updates as regulations evolve.
•Guarantee completeness of documentation to justify regulatory compliance; represent Hermès Horizons with Customs and the Group’s Industrial Directorate on regulatory topics.
•Coordinate transversal regulatory compliance initiatives within Hermès Horizons and participate in working groups; travel within France and abroad as needed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (formation ingénieur à dominante technique) with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, ideally in a context of development of technically complex industrial products.
•Proven experience in piloting product certification phases and in setting up regulatory files for products.
•Rigorous and methodical with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset; capable of risk-based prioritization.
•Excellent written and oral communication in English and French; strong ability to formalize and synthesize documentation.
•Experience in quality development (risk analysis, problem solving, supplier interactions) is a plus.
