Serve as the primary SME for Microsoft Exchange across multiple isolated, high-security networks, bridging development and production. Architect, test, and deploy Exchange Server infrastructure in lab and production, lead Tier 3 escalation root-cause analysis, and perform IAVA testing to ensure patches don’t break functionality. Maintain cross-domain mail flow and automate monitoring with PowerShell, while also troubleshooting DOD365 access issues and mentoring lower-tier administrators.

•Provide Tier 3 escalation support and perform deep-dive root cause analysis for complex messaging and collaboration failures on classified networks.
•Conduct IAVA testing on Exchange and System Center suites to validate security patches before deployment.
•Maintain, configure, and optimize cross-domain mail flow across separated networks and troubleshoot live routing anomalies.

•Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and military/work experience).
•Minimum 5–8 years of direct experience with Microsoft Exchange Server engineering, Windows Server administration, and enterprise-level production support.
•Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
•US citizenship required for the classified work environment.
•Advanced expertise with Exchange Server architecture, Active Directory, PKI, and PowerShell engineering using Exchange management cmdlets.
