Senior Contracts Manager - Transport Infrastructure

Manage pre- and post-contract requirements for the Infrastructure Department’s portfolio, ensuring framework agreements and call-off Work Orders are delivered in line with contract terms. Partner with procurement and legal teams pre-contract to support contractor/consultant engagement. Oversee Work Orders through completion, support subcontractor/subcontract document review and acceptance, monitor performance against KPIs, and help resolve disputes, including contract negotiations and delay damages where needed.
