Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject-matter technical support and leadership for due diligence, investigation, remediation, improvement, and construction of transportation/structural projects.
  • •Research and develop structural concepts, design, planning, and construction support for load-bearing structures including bridges and related civil infrastructure elements.
  • •Act as a technical lead for bridge-focused analysis, design, and development of contract drawings and specifications.
  • •Support prepartion of technical and cost proposals and assist business development activities for additional structural engineering opportunities.
  • •Mentor and review mid-level and junior engineers, supporting their career development and quality/safety outcomes while adhering to WSP policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or closely related).
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience.
  • •Engineer license required.
  • •Highly proficient in building and infrastructure planning, design, and program/construction management across rehabilitation/reconstruction and new design/construction projects.
  • •Prior leadership experience and strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work in the United States immediately.
