Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze financial data and operational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • •Provide financial insights for operational decision-making, including capital deployment and new projects.
  • •Develop and monitor action plans with operations based on financial insights, including KPIs and operational targets.
  • •Create financial models to evaluate scenario impacts on operational performance and manage operational costs for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • •Lead core site finance processes (forecasts and profit plan) and manage finance transformation and post-acquisition finance integration activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience supporting manufacturing operations or similar.
  • •1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • •MBA from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • •Experience supporting finance practices during an integration or acquisition; plus 2+ years managing people overseeing finance professionals in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
