Key Responsibilities

  • •Process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application, including more complex transactions.
  • •Generate and send lender remittances and corresponding reporting for multiple lender types, including IRP (CMBS) and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA) reporting.
  • •Facilitate delivery of funds to external clients and other third parties as required.
  • •Perform system balancing, clear cash exceptions, and execute daily cash management and operations account reviews.
  • •Monitor and review ARM and bond loans for accurate billing and maintain records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds.
