Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L performance and monitor financial metrics to meet targets for pricing, orders, revenue, Variable Contribution Margin, fixed costs, free cash flow, and conversion.
  • •Perform regular budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide insights to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to support Pulse, SRO, AOP, and related forecasting processes with accurate and timely projections.
  • •Lead and participate in monthly operating sessions to review risks and opportunities, address variances, and align action plans.
  • •Oversee recurring deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, financial reports, and leadership presentations; drive standardization and automation of finance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or business administration.
  • •Exposure to driving business finance metrics and managing financial targets with corporate finance and functional leaders.
  • •Proficiency with tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems and close familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
