Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster collaboration with China-based JDM partners and serve as the bridge to Dyson Test & QA teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
  • •Define the SWHW test strategy/plan together with the JDM partner.
  • •Design SWHW test cases from requirements and develop automated test cases.
  • •Design the SWHW test environment and build automated systems for continuous testing and analysis of nightly builds.
  • •Review implementations/source code, identify quality issues and risks, verify features compatibility/performance (including soak, robustness, stability tests), and analyze results to produce test summary reports.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software quality or software test relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or Electronic Engineering (or related fields).
  • •Competency in at least one scripting/coding language, including Python, C, or C++.
  • •Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and RTOS operating systems.
  • •Experience collaborating on software & hardware test/QA with JDM/ODM partners, and working in Agile software development or DevOps.
